Armanino enlisted Arcturis to help them consolidate their Creve Coeur office from three floors to two for improved efficiency and creativity. A work café near the reception serves as a breakout and hospitality area. Glass walls and shared spaces maximize natural light. Using a fully demountable solution shortened the design and construction schedule, integrating a wood aesthetic at no extra cost with sustainability benefits. Budget studies compared costs, sound, and features, showing the advantages of demountable over GC-provided storefront glass. Same-sized rooms maximize flexibility, integrating more collaboration and heads-downspaces.
This transformative project enhances the office environment, welcoming both employees and clients while aligning with modern work strategies.

Embracing efficiency, hoteling, collaboration, and flexibility, the design team enhanced the employee and client experience for this national accounting firm, drawing people back to a stunning and curated office while increasing seating capacity yet reducing rentable square footage.
The transformation features a distinct client hospitality zone, seamlessly integrated reception, various meeting room types (including a board room adorned with custom lighting reflecting the client's branding), break-out spaces, and a stylish work café. This delineation subtly separates client-centric areas from those designated for employees.
The overarching goal of this renovation was to align the office environment with the client's forward-thinking 'Future of Work' (FOW) strategy, emphasizing adaptability and employee well-being.
Meeting spaces are reconfigured to align with modern workstyles, prioritizing functionality, as well as confidentiality for client engagements. Removal of oversized offices and solid walls fosters connectivity and enhances shared natural light exposure. Replacement of cumbersome workstations and upgrades in lighting and finishes breathes new life into the space and improves the overall workplace ambiance.
Fully demountable wall systems optimize natural light, enhance aesthetics, and prioritize sustainability in this dynamic and game-changing renovation.
