Located within two city blocks, the garden transforms 2.9 acres of passive green space into a sculpture garden with 15 to 20 works of art, including sculptures by Mark di Suvero and George Rickey. There is also an indoor-outdoor cafe (now Kaldi's Coffee) on a raised site, offering elevated views of the entire park. The design includes major water features: a waterfall, a shallow reflecting pool and a spray basin.
As an Owners Representative, Arcturis ensured the overall design goals were met. Ultimately, the project was delivered below budget, on time and met all minority participation goals.
