As a collaborative subconsultant on this project, Arcturis was contracted to provide Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) design services for the entire development scope, encompassing the new stadium, adjacent training facility, outdoor space, and parking garage. This work included a comprehensive range of items, from concessionaire furnishings, systems furniture, and seating to ancillary standalone furniture, lockers, and storage units, as well as planters, waste / recycling / compost receptacles, and non-commercial appliances in premium areas.

Arcturis took on the responsibility of outlining all components and establishing the FF&E budget. Throughout the process, we coordinated closely with all stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration. Arcturis coordinated the creation of custom (team-specific) outdoor upholstery, custom tables, and custom furniture finishes through collaboration with several product vendors. Arcturis facilitated several product review sessions, client and project team coordination meetings, and upon obtaining review and approval for all FF&E, we prepared both architectural and furniture specification documents for multiple bid packages.
Arcturis participated in oversight during furniture installation, provided Punch List coordination, and worked with the Prime on project closeout and project photography coordination.
