Cofactor Genomics is a DNA Sequencing company that focuses on the discovery process. This 11,000 SF gut rehab and façade renovation is located at the entry of the Cortex District. 

The space features an edgy and contemporary aesthetic to align with their business practices and style. The space consists of offices, wet labs, sequencing lab and a hood room. Arcturis used several local artists and vendors to create a space that is reflective of the surrounding neighborhood.
