As a project architect, Bill Decker is in charge of design development, construction documents, detail coordination, and implementation. Bill leads our team’s consultants and the general contractor to create cohesive and comprehensive documents for each project he is involved in. A meticulous and organized project manager, Bill is known for his expertise leading the construction administration phase of many projects for the firm.
