ARCHITECTURE
Allie works with the design team from start to finish to create impactful spaces. With a background in community outreach throughout the state of Arkansas, Allie has become a people enthusiast. She realizes that architecture should be a direct reflection of people and how they feel in a space. Allie fosters this belief through attention to the small details just as closely as she focuses on the bigger picture. She has developed a strong passion for sustainability and thinks that, through design, we are able to change the world.
What building do you hope to see in person one day?
La Muralla Roja by Ricardo Bofill. Really any of his projects would be amazing to see. Talk about a master of color.
What is the most interesting place you’ve been?
Salzburg, Austria. I mean there’s great food, drink, and design everywhere. I went with some amazing friends, and we climbed the BIGGEST hill ever to a castle, and it was such an experience in such a beautiful city.
Name one of your passions or hobbies?
The use of color in design has always been so fascinating to me. I’ve been studying color theory for years in various forms in my artwork and projects. My favorite mediums are collage (digital and with paint chips), paint, and light!
On a stressful Tuesday morning, with the weekend far off, what other job do you dream about?
I met up with an au pair who showed me around Germany during my studies abroad and that seems like a fun job. I would love to be an au pair in Spain so I could explore the country. ¡Me encanta España y quiero viajar!
