It started simply enough – enhance the workplace strategy to create a variety of work spaces to meet the new demand of changing work styles with a blossoming company culture.
In 2013, the client selected Arcturis to lead a Workplace Strategy Development to optimize the existing real estate within the
St. Louis-area buildings and address the balance needs of the of Assigned vs. Unassigned workers. Data gathered on building occupancy led to several planning scenarios and pilot projects. The HR department pilot included workplace surveys, mobility month study, focus groups, to inform the new workplace strategy. Implementation occurred in 2017, and, with that success, similar pilot projects for other departments are currently underway.
