This financial client launched a multi-year renovation of its workplace complex in West Des Moines, Iowa, encompassing seven buildings and two parking garages. The project enhances the employee workplace experience through new neighborhood design concepts and updated furniture for code compliance.

Arcturis, in collaboration with the client, is managing the phased renovation, starting with the expedited Phase 1 covering 60,000 SF, and additional 120,000 SF being renovated each year through 2026. The plan involves improving general office space in line with campus design standards. Arcturis led the design and implementation of new furniture, finishes, LED lighting, and window shades, aligning with the client’s tech and AV designs. The strategic, phased project prioritizes expediency and industry standards, laying the foundation for a consolidated real estate initiative in the Midwest.
