Located on the fourth floor of the prestigious 600 Tower in downtown Minneapolis, the proposed wellbeing suite is set to redefine workplace wellness for this financial client.
With approximately 3,000 square feet allocated for a clinic area and an additional 3,000 square feet for studio space, this sanctuary promises to prioritize the holistic health of employees. The layout, primarily along the north and southeastern sides, follows a thoughtful design approach, ensuring functionality and comfort.

Drawing inspiration from a similar facility at their Dallas campus, the suite aims to provide a seamless experience, incorporating input from the Amenities and Experience teams to align with organizational values. This project signifies a commitment to fostering employee well-being, offering a space where individuals can find balance, support, and rejuvenation.
