Laura Meyer is the Interior Design Practice Leader for Arcturis. She is skilled at guiding clients through the creative design process from initial discovery, through construction completion. Her portfolio of work includes a variety of client types including retail, corporate, and hospitality. Throughout these sectors, she has done extensive work creating clients’ brand narratives within their spaces. Laura utilizes her expertise in identifying emerging trends to enhance her clients’ experiences and in building long-term relationships. She is passionate about how design brings people together to shape both culture and a sense of place both in her career, and in her passion as an artist.

What trend do you wish would come back?
Shoulder pads. Who doesn’t love a strong shoulder?

What superpower would you choose?
Shape shifter. Experiencing life in different ways through taking on a new form-- how amazing would that be?

Who is your favorite designer or furniture line?
Hella Jongerius, Dutch designer. She is most known for her use of color, pottery, 3D weaving, textile, and furniture designs. Hella’s IG studio diary has positively influenced my creative thought process & approach.
