The Peptide Valley Master Plan is a 135 acre mixed use development vision. Utilizing a grid network of streets, parcels, and open space, the Illustrative Plan shows the layout of the campus with research parcels on the perimeter and the town center in the middle of the campus. The research parcels are laid out with the research/production facilities concentrated in the north half of the campus and office facilities in the south half of the campus. The town center has evolved into a mixed-use center of retail, commercial, research/development office space and residential uses. The town center is completed with a park in each quadrant. The parks provide active & passive recreation opportunities, natural areas, and sustainable design. The parks and the entire campus is linked through a series of greenways of trails, parks and open space, totaling approximately 206.4 mu. The master plan will develop into a dynamic sustainable urban hub, on the south perimeter of Beijing, China.
