Located in Maryville Centre Office Park, this tenant improvement project grew from an initial test fit to a phased renovation in order to better reflect Plancorp’s culture, create a more adaptable work environment, and maximize collaborative opportunities.

The newly designed space seamlessly combines elements of classic sophistication with a progressive, forward-thinking approach. The inclusion of comfortable furnishings ensures a welcoming atmosphere, while eye-catching lighting and strategically applied accent colors contribute to a modern aesthetic.

A coffee bar hospitality amenity was introduced to the work cafe/impromptu meeting area, enhancing the visitor experience and overall space appeal. Additionally, a pilot workspace was established to explore seating arrangements and gather insights for upcoming renovation phases.
