“Arcturis helped us bring our vision for a more energetic and inspired corporate culture to life. They listened to our ideas, hopes, and aspirations and designed spaces that would not only allow us to evlove our culture but acutally help drive the evolution. For us, our partnership with Arcturis was a game-changer.” - Ellen L. Theroff, Vice President, Corporate and Shared Services, Governance and Standards and Corporate Secretary
Having collaborated on several projects in the past, Arcturis assisted Spire in the selection of a new home and in creating the spaces within, resulting in a stunning rebirth. Designed by Philip Johnson in 1794, the former General American Life Insurance Co. building sat vacant from 2004 until Spire (formerly The Laclede Group) searched for a new campus. Taking design cues from Johnson's masterwork, Arcturis assisted in redesigning the client's image, implementing a new workplace strategy while ensuring the new design complied with historic requirements.
With a new workplace strategy in place, design guidelines and standards have been implemented throughout the region, most recently at their Central Service Center.
