Pier Property Group (PPG) engaged Arcturis to provide architectural, interior design, landscape architecture, and graphic design services for a project in development in Midtown St. Louis. Nestled within a larger complex, Steelcote Square, this mixed-use building is composed of 250,000 square feet of residential (approximately 200 units); 65,000 square feet of single-tenant retail; and an approximate 200-space structured parking garage. The development includes two courtyard spaces, one with a pool, as well as apartment amenities including a clubhouse, fitness area, and lounge. The developer secured a major retailer for the project as well. Branded The Edwin, this high profile development is anticipated to open early 2023 bringing much needed housing and retail to this area of the city.
