Prior to joining Arcturis in 2021, Melanie was a Chicago-based licensed architect with over 14 years of experience in the design and construction of K-12 educational environments. She excels at bringing clarity to complex assignments and is experienced in all project phases. An exceptionally organized project manager, Melanie keeps the client’s needs at the forefront while monitoring project progress to ensure successful delivery.

What is your favorite color, shape, or texture?
Love all things neutral – black, white, charcoal, camel – as well as deep greens/blues.

On a stressful Tuesday morning, with the weekend far off, what other job do you dream about? 
Owning a little bakery storefront and spending my days baking French sweets – macarons, pain au chocolate, madeleines, etc.

What is the most interesting place you’ve been to?
Sagrada Familia in Barcelona – simply spectacular!
